USA based businesses.
USA based accredited educational institutions.
USA based local, state and federal governmental agencies.
USA based pre-approved Vadcon resellers.
For the entities above the Accounts Payable Department must be located within the USA.
For entities outside the USA, pre-payment by wire transfer, PayPal, or
credit card is required.
To apply for an Open Account with NET 30 Terms
For Resellers and other Businesses this credit application must be filled out and submitted.
For Governmental Agencies this application must be filled out and submitted.
For Educational Institutions this application must be filled out and submitted.
NET 30 Purchase Order Terms Fees
There is a Non-Refundable $5.00 Processing and Handling Fee for Net 30 Purchase Orders with a subtotal under $100.00.
Deliveries, or pick-ups, within New York State
If any deliveries are to be made within New York State please fax a copy of the appropriate New York State Tax Exempt Certificate, if applicable, to 888-686-4686 with your application.
Custom Items
Items that are considered custom require payment before production begins - therefore not eligible for net 30 terms.
