Exchanges For exchanges there are two possible scenarios - it is helpful to know how you want to handle the exchange.
Items damaged during Shipping Items damaged during shipping are not considered defective - but damaged.
This situation requires proper attention by the receiving person. Any damages to packaging must be noted immediately to delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
Any internal materials damage must have a claim filed with the carrier within 5 business days.
Original packaging must generally be kept for proper claim filing.
Any damage not reported to the carrier at time of delivery, will be considered to have happened after delivery, and not the responsibility of VADCON.
VADCON will make every attempt to assist you if a product you've purchased from us has failed or needs repair.
We do not provide loaner or replacement equipment at no charge.
