All returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% inspection & restocking fee of the order subtotal*.

Additionally, if a quantity discount for a particular stock number was applied to the original transaction and a partial quantity
of that stock number is being returned the original transaction will be reviewed as the quantity discount may no longer apply.

Terms for the Return of Merchandise

Merchandise must have a return authorization - for an authorization E-mail us at .
Please provide quantities and part numbers of any merchandise to be returned.
We will reply with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  All merchandise must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition (except for defective merchandise).

If any merchandise quality is compromised due to use, abuse, or poor return packaging, we reserve
the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee above the standard restocking fee.

Merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid, by a traceable method, and well protected.

Returns must be received at our facility within 7 business days of us issuing the return authorization number.

Shipping and handling charges incurred by any returned item are not refundable*.
Original Shipping and handling charges are not refundable*.

 Please Note: The following items are not returnable unless shipped in error or defective upon receipt.
  • Items that are over 20 days from date of acceptance / delivery.

  • Custom items are generally non-cancelable & non-returnable.

  • Bulbs / Lamps.

  • Microphone windscreens.

  • Items from our Clearance Items/Closeouts


 For exchanges there are two possible scenarios - it is helpful to know how you want to handle the exchange.
  • We can charge and ship your new order right away and then issue the appropriate credit once the previous order has been returned and inspected.

  • We can wait for the previous order to return - once returned we will charge/credit the difference between the new order and the returned order - and then ship the new order.

Please let us know which option you choose for exchanges.
Items damaged during Shipping

 Items damaged during shipping are not considered defective - but damaged.
This situation requires proper attention by the receiving person.

Any damages to packaging must be noted immediately to delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
Any internal materials damage must have a claim filed with the carrier within 5 business days.
Original packaging must generally be kept for proper claim filing.
Any damage not reported to the carrier at time of delivery, will be considered to have happened after delivery, and not the responsibility of VADCON.
 VADCON will make every attempt to assist you if a product you've purchased from us has failed or needs repair.
We do not provide loaner or replacement equipment at no charge.

*does not apply to defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error.

Shipped in error means that what was ordered is not was what shipped - this does not mean the same thing as "ordering the wrong item".
